Grading & leveling
Rough and finish grading that sheds water away from the structure and sets every trade up true. Laser-checked at every pass.
Excavation division — Chester County PA
Excavation, grading, trenching, and site work — done by operators who treat your lot like their own. From first cut to final grade, permitted and on schedule.
What we dig
Every job starts with a site walk and ends with a grade you can build on. Fixed scope, straight answers, machines that show up on time.
Rough and finish grading that sheds water away from the structure and sets every trade up true. Laser-checked at every pass.
Utility trenches cut clean and to depth — water, sewer, electric, and gas. Bedded, backfilled, and compacted right.
Excavation for footings, basements, and additions — dug to spec, ready for inspection, ready for concrete.
French drains, dry wells, and swales that move water away from your foundation — and keep it away.
Trees, stumps, brush, and debris cleared and hauled. A clean slate for your build, your addition, or your driveway.

How a dig runs
No mystery, no drift. You know what's happening on your lot and when — like watching the job log update in real time.
T+00:00 — Site walk
We walk it with you, read the grade, flag utilities, check access for the machines, and scope the cut. You get a fixed price — not a shrug.
T+Day 1 — Mobilize
Silt fence and protections go up first. Then the first bucket hits dirt — topsoil stripped and stockpiled, layout staked.
T+Day 2–5 — Dig & shape
Trenches, footings, and rough grade take shape. Grade checked against laser at every pass, compaction tested where it counts.
T+Final — Handoff
Final grade walked with you, site left clean, ready for your builder or our remodel crew. Paperwork closed the same week.
